Para sa mga ka-kultong nagtatanong kung paano ko raw ginagawa ang aking mala-pro / asawable scrambled eggs na pinopost ko sa IG stories, sige heto na. This is how I do it.
Paano ko ito natutunan? Hindi ko na rin maalala exactly kung paano. Basta alam ko lang, mejo observant kasi ako sa mga cooks na in-charge sa eggs station sa hotel tuwing umaga. So ayun, plus unli practice sa bahay hanggang nakuha ko na din ang formula at "gruba" (groove) ng paghalo. Basta lagi mo lang tandaan, keep it LOW 'n SLOW. Eggs are delicate kaya kailangan din ito ng madaming oras at TLC.
Ingredients:
4 eggs
1/4 cup full-cream milk
salted butter
garlic powder (optional)
grated cheese (optional)
Procedure:
1. In a bowl, whisk/beat eggs, milk, salt, garlic powder & cheese
2. Heat non-stick pan (medium flame)
3. Add butter and wait until it melts (turn to low flame para hindi masunog)
4. Add egg mixture (be sure na super low ang flame)
5. Stir slowly, continuously
REMEMBER KA-KULTO: Keep it LOW n' SLOW. Stir continuously, pero dahan dahan. Lagyan ng lambing . The aim here is wag ma-overcook ang eggs. Normally, forward-backward-fold ang motion ng laddle/spatula ko to mix the cooked eggs on the bottom with the still-runny eggs on top. Kapag medyo mala-custard na sya, turn off flame and immediately transfer eggs on your serving plate.
